Here at Tranquil Cloud Temple, Dr. Tony D’Angelo, DMQ (China) teaches specific and various forms of Taoist meditative practices designed to enlighten one’s self to the experience of mental clarity, heightened awareness, emotional stability, physical changes, sensations, insights, and epiphanies that may bring about drastic alterations within one’s life journey. Acting as guides, we work closely with individuals to help build and evolve their understanding of meditative postures, incantations, breath work, visualizations, exercises, and Taoist internal energetic alchemy which are all designed to bring about dynamic shifts in physical structure, perception, the ability to shift from negative to positive emotion, and spiritual understanding.

This recording, and others like it, is designed to make it easier to experience a deeper state of meditation and is an excellent starting point for beginners.
For optimal experience, sit or lie down in a comfortable and supported position in a warm and private space. Use quality headphones that cover the entire ear, we do not recommend ear buds. Quiet your mind and allow your body to settle into a relaxed and acquiescent state. Begin by breathing deeply into your abdomen. Relax your throat, jaw and tongue, relax the muscles around your eyes, relax the muscles behind your eyes. Allow yourself to settle into your your third eye – your pineal gland, located near the center of the brain.
